I wonder if the slashed 7 can be added anyhow. I can't find it anywhere.

Yes, thank you. Not exactly the same, I'm afraid. Quirks of the french notaion...
Just for the record: I found the symbol in the Figurato font (https://github.com/fkretlow/figurato/blob/master/README.md) and just added it as staff text.
