[NumPad] numbers not differentiated by shortcut editor

Hey,

The shortcut editor doesn't differentiate between a number pressed on the main keyboard or on the numpad. However, the main software does. Thus, I can't switch between writing quarter-notes and eighth-notes with the NumPad. Pretty sure this is a bug, because it worked flawlessly in MS3.
