The lyrics is greek!!"
Just to reassure you: MuseScore certainly can handle lyrics in Greek. Below is a sample from a score which I entered into MuseScore. The song was set in MS3, but it opens correctly in MS4 too:
I'm English, I don't have a Greek keyboard, and I stopped learning classical Greek 60 years ago! So I found an online version of the Theocritus lyrics and entered the text syllable by syllable using copy-and-paste. The English lyrics are a phonetic transliteration provided by the composer in 1913 for the soprano soloist. The composer was a classicist as well as a composer.

I don't think that anyone will volunteer to support you remotely with Anydesk. Problems have to get resolved on these forums in public, by words and images.
Did you try to follow the advice from Jojo-Schmitz to enter the lyrics direct into MuseScore?
Can you easily type in Greek: does your existing keyboard have Greek letters on the keycaps? If not, you can add Greek as an extra language. On Windows 10:
Start > Settings > Language > Preferred languages > Add a language.
You might benefit from the Handbook section on "Lyrics": https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/lyrics
If the English-language handbook is hard to understand, you can try putting a section though an automatic translator like https://www.deepl.com/translator
For example:
ORIGINAL ENGLISH
Adding lyrics to your score
In order to enter new lyrics, or to edit/format existing ones, you need to be in lyrics mode.
There are two ways to enter lyrics mode:
Start from a selected note—see Entering syllables (below).
Start from an existing lyric syllable—see Editing existing lyrics.
