Without Muse Hub you won't get the new Muse Sounds

but I can't install it since I'm not in Win10 last update
last try to update windows ended with windows not recognizing my WD 6TB disk (where all the music is)
so I blocked updates until I replace my pc

anyhow now I have to adapt to the new interface and re-learn the program
but I'm sure ver.4 is improved.

Open them with File > Open and "Save As" them to the MuseScore4/Templates folder.

Please, do make an attempt to research some things on your own. The website is being overrun with support requests.
On the website's front page there is a big button saying "free download" so that could have answered your first question.
A web search for "MuseHub" finds the MuseHub website: https://www.musehub.com which has lots of information about it.
How come is free? who are supporting you? This is a hUUUUge job you have done! I can not imagine how much it cost ...

The app is completely free, but the score-sharing service, https://musescore.com, is freemium
